Ambika Vidyalaya was founded on 5th May 2014 by Sri. Subramanya Nattoja, Correspondent, and Mrs. Rajashree S. Nattoja, Treasurer of Nattoja Foundation Trust®. Located on Bappalige Road, Puttur, the school has developed as a co-educational institution committed to providing quality education and opportunities for the overall development of children.

The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi, with Affiliation No. 831094 and School No. 46726.
