Inspire Karnataka Awards 2026, an initiative by Edu Hustle, is a statewide effort to identify and recognise the best and most inspiring teachers of Karnataka.

This edition is dedicated entirely to teachers who go beyond textbooks, examinations and classrooms to create a meaningful impact on students’ lives.

Why Inspire Karnataka Awards?

Teaching is not merely a profession. It is a responsibility that shapes individuals, families and society.

Across Karnataka, thousands of teachers work tirelessly every day. Some transform academic performance. Some motivate students from difficult backgrounds. Some introduce innovative methods of learning. Some quietly mentor students and help them overcome personal and academic challenges.

Many of these teachers may never receive the recognition they truly deserve.

Inspire Karnataka Awards 2026 aims to find them, celebrate them and tell their stories.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for teachers who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, dedication and impact in education.

The awards are open to deserving teachers from different parts of Karnataka, including:

• Government schools
• Private schools
• PU colleges
• Degree colleges
• Educational institutions
• Rural and semi-urban institutions
• Teachers working in diverse educational settings

The focus is not simply on popularity or academic results. We want to recognise teachers who have made a genuine difference in the lives of their students.

What Makes an Inspiring Teacher?

An inspiring teacher may be someone who produces outstanding academic results, but inspiration goes far beyond marks.

We will look at qualities such as teaching excellence, innovation, student mentorship, contribution to rural education, leadership, social impact, inclusive education, extracurricular development and student transformation.

Most importantly, we want to know:

How has this teacher changed the lives of students?
