Vidyavardhaka English Medium School is managed by Vidyavardhaka Sangha ® Shirva. The Sangha is headed by Sri. N Vinaya Hegde, Chancellor of NITTE University, a renowned educationalist, administrator and philanthropist. The school managing committee is headed by Sri. Suresh P Shetty, a reputed industrialist and philanthropist. 

The school is located in a sprawling 27 acre pollution free green campus and affiliated to CBSE.
