BeST Pre University College of Science and Commerce is an institution under the umbrella of BeST Educational and Services Trust, Bellary that is committed to Spartan secular society through its novel and technological approach imparting values of humanity.

The institute focuses on emancipating mankind by providing financial support to the needy students and empowering the youth through its support in multidisciplinary skill based programs.

History

The institute was established in the academic year 2018 – 19 in the venerated city of RAICHUR, Karnataka

Having an overwhelming history of over 2 decades of excellence in education, BeST educational services trust, a sister concerned of the Bellary Educational Services Trust, Bellary, has produced scores of medicos, IITans, engineers, entrepreneurs and various professionals in their respective fields of interest.

BeST Pre University College was set up with a focused mission; to inculcate a love for learning in students and empower them to face the challenge of life. BeST Pre University College specializes in encouraging holistic growth of the students; as they are groomed not only in academics but also encouraged to actively participate in co-curricular and pro-academic activities.

PUC Commerce – Stands for Pre University College – Commerce. PUC is also known as intermediate in some parts of India. Typically, PUC is a degree of 3-4 combination subjects in different streams and takes 2 years to complete; Minimum eligibility for this is 10 years of schooling. Subjects usually studied under PUC Commerce are Commerce, Accountancy, Basic Mathematics, Statistics etc.

First year Pre-University Commerce:

Part I: Choose any one of the following language combinations

1)    English, Kannada OR ii)   English, Hindi

Part II: Offer the following combination

2)   Economics,    Business Studies,    Accountancy   &  Computer Science.

P.U.C. Science – Stands for Pre University College – Science. PUC is also known as intermediate in some parts of India. Typically, PUC is a degree of 3-4 combination subjects in different streams and takes 2 years to complete; Minimum eligibility for this is 10 years of schooling. Subjects usually studied under this degree are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Computer Science etc
