About Us

Divine Providence Convent High School is managed and run by St. Joseph’s Society Belgaum, registered under the Societies Act XXI of 1860. This school is established in the Diocese of Belgaum and administered by the Canossian Daughters of Charity, in accordance with the Minority rights guaranteed to all Religious Minorities by the Indian Constitution Vide Article 29 and 30, and therefore it is a Minority Institution.

The main aim of the school is not only to impart instruction but in a spirit of love and service, empowering the girl child and work for all-round development. The course of instruction includes all the subjects required by the Government for the standard of English Medium schools in Karnataka State.
