About Us

Rotary English Medium School and Rotary English Medium K. G. School are managed by the Rotary Education Society (R) Moodubidire which is a registered society sponsored by the Rotary Club of Moodubidire. The school is situated on the side of Moodubidire – Venur Road. The School has its own building and playgrounds. The class room and library are well ventilated and fitted with electric lights.

It has a dedicated staff who take personal interest in the all round development of children. It has plenty of playing items for nursery children and good Library and a Reading Room for school children. The management has provided the school bus facility in order to cater to the needs of the students. The co-operation of parents is solicited for further improvement of the school.

Facilities

Curriculum: The school is following Karnataka State Syllabus.

Library: we have a well-equipped library with good collection of books, magazines, journals and newspaper and e-library facilities with full time librarian to felicitate reading habit among students.

Club Activities: Consumer club, Interact club, science club, Quiz club, NCC (Army Wing), Scouts, Guides, Cubs, Bulbuls, Bunnies, Sports and games are also given equal importance to nurture the varied interests of students.

Activities: Drawing, Classical Music, Bharathanatyam, Craft, Chess, Keyboard, Western Dance, Karate, Vedic Maths, Abacus & Calligraphy.

Faculty: Student-friendly and efficient teaching and non-teaching staff.

Computer Education & Total Digi Class System: Computer has become the standard of education in today’s world. We have a sophisticated computer lab with efficient instructors.

Science Laboratory: In a way every student is a researcher and a blooming Scientist. A well-equipped science laboratory is giving practical experience to our students.

Atal Tinkering Lab: To bring advancement in the education system and to improve the quality ATL Lab is set in our school by NITI Aayog Central Government. The activities organized here introduce ‘Do it yourself’ kit and equipment. This promotes 21st century skills and research oriented skills among students.

Extra-Curricular Activities: We organize various activities that create workshop to learn innovative skills ideas in a flexible environment. This promotes and empowers students with creativity, innovation, problem solving critical thinking, social- cultural collaboration and leadership qualities.

House Concept: As a mark of teaching organizational skills the students strength is equally divided into four groups named after great freedom fighters i.e Azad, Bose, Singh and Tilak. They are recognized with different colored squad T-shirt.
