Keeping in mind this holistic approach and also the benefit of the students residing in and around Udupi district, Dr Sudhakar Shetty , the president of Ajekar Padma Gopal Education trust, with the blessings of Lord Krishna and his beloved parents, thought of starting a new institution for the PU students of Udupi, clubbing together the occasion of the decennial year celebration of Karkala Jnanasudha PU college and the centennial birth year of his beloved father Late Gopal Shetty.With the inception of Udupi Jnanasudha PU College, Jnanasudha institutions have reached another important milestone in the field of education. Udupi Jnanasudha PU College is located in the cool and calm vicinity of Naagabana campus in Kadiyali, Kalsanka.The college boasts of 4 sophisticated labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science subjects. It has a library with a considerable volume of text books and reference books. The college has 12 spacious and well-ventilated class rooms. The college is also equipped with pure drinking water facility. It has separate wash rooms/rest rooms for girls and boys which are kept clean and hygienic.
